6 cups diced rhubarb
2 small packages Strawberry jello
1 yellow or white cake mix
2 cups water
1 cube melted butter
Put rhubarb in the bottom of the dutch oven. Sprinkle the dry Jello over the rhubarb and then the dry cake mix over the Jello. Pour the water over the top and then drizzle the melted better on the surface.
Conventional baking: Use a 9×13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
Dutch oven cooks: 10 inch Dutch works great. Put ~ 13 coals on the top of the Dutch and 6 on the bottom.
