2 (16 ounce) Package Broccoli Coleslaw Mix
4 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1 lb Chicken
4 (15 ounce) Cans Garbanzo Beans, Undrained
12 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
8 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
5 tsp Ground Cumin
8 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Lemon Pepper
24 Tortilla Shells
Preparation
- Dice Fruits and Veggies
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl or freezer bag.
From here you can make your wraps by spreading the mixture on to your tortillas and wrapping them burrito style or you can put in large zip lock bag to assemble on site.
