Lower Outlaw Trail is an extension of Outlaw Trail. This Pocatello trail is short and takes you down to Trail Creek at the bottom of a hallow. There are several options of getting out at the bottom of Lower Outlaw Trail. The City has the Trail Creek Trail marked as a closed trail on the map so take that route at your own risk.
