   Heads up about Haylette Shuttle Service out of Caldwell. I just got off the Owyhee at the Birch Creek takeout and Haylette Shuttle managed to loose my key. They used my hide a key and left it on the front seat in my locked truck. Fortunately I brought a extra key in my ammo box. Once inside, I found the battery was dead. They had turned on an interior light and forgot to turn it off. Had to set up camp in a cold rain and wait until the next day for someone to come for a jump start. Also my safety pin for my hitch and the handle on my winch was missing. And my taillights I had just got fixed were not working. Having been rafting since the 1970’s, I know sometimes things happen on shuttles, but I have never encounter so many bad things on one trip. Called Ken to talk about the situation and he got angry and hung up on me. Very rude and not exactly the costumer service I expected. I would never recommend this Haylette Shuttle Service to anyone. They are the worst
